BOSS Fire Transit Box has been declared Good Design Award winner in the Product Design and Engineering Design categories in recognition of outstanding design and innovation.

The jury described the BOSS Fire Transit Box as “a very valuable addition to the building sector in the critically important area of fire safety. The design is very well thought-through with the implications on safety, cost, sustainability, transport, packaging, and construction processes considered. This is really impressive design and engineering and a standout example of good design in this category that deserves to be recognised. Well done.”

BOSS Fire CEO Mark Prior was thrilled with the accolade.

“Our design brief was to make it easier for people to build safer places to live,” he says. “We wanted to simplify the installation process, eliminate risk and guarantee compliance, while still reducing overall costs. It’s an honour to receive two accolades from the Good Design Awards for essentially doing what we love.”
