Dr. Ming Liu
Dr Ming Liu received her PhD in mechanical engineering in 2010. She is a Senior Research Engineer at Isothermix and Research Fellow at the University of South Australia. Her specific research expertise and interests lie in developing a cost-effective and high-performance phase change thermal energy storage system, which has the strong potential to reduce energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions in Australia and worldwide.
Dr Liu has been conducting research into thermal energy storage since 2005. Her research areas includes material selection and characterisation, prototype testing and thermal performance modelling of thermal batteries and storage systems for a range of applications.
