A new name on the scene in 2022 is Andefena – a specialist advisory firm focusing on strategic resilience in a changed climate and decarbonised future. Although the enterprise is new, it is led by a familiar face.

Simon Wild, who previously worked as sustainable design principal at Lendlease, is founder and CEO at Andefena.

“It was hard saying goodbye to the awesome sustainability transformation team and a tough decision to leave Lendlease,” says Wild, a former AIRAH board director. “I’m excited by the opportunities ahead, to be working across different sectors and driving strategic resilience to a climate changed and decarbonised future.”

The firm’s moniker originates from a traditional word “And-efn” meaning equal or balanced. Andefena aims to build strategic resilience for clients.

“We provide full services related to climate change, biodiversity and decarbonisation across governance, strategy, risk management, execution and finance,” says Wild.
